He was born Tuesday May 3, 1949 in Chicago, the son of William Fischer Sr. and Anne Fischer, nee Gavin. He is survived by his sister, Jeanne Fischer-Laverone of Monterey California. Private interment Grave 6, Lot 24, Block 31, Shrine Section at St Peter Cemetery, Skokie. Arrangements entrusted to Evanston Funeral & Cremation, Roland F. Weis director.
