Stephen D. Belcher, 62 of Evanston, passed away at his home on June 14, 2019. He was born June 3, 1957 in Chicago, the son of Lewis Albert Belcher and Marie Rector, nee Carter. He is the father of Lewis Belcher and Crystal Belcher-Rector of Chicago; and the brother of Johnny Belcher of Las Vegas Nevada, Antoinette Oliver of Las Vegas Nevada, Cicero Belcher-Rector of Los Angeles California, La Jeune Belcher of Chicago and Dwayne(Petra) Belcher of Evanston and the Late Lewis Belcher. Attended Evanston Township High School. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday June 27, 2019 at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 1744 Darrow Avenue, Evanston 60201. Interment private.
