Louise B. Stranglen, 98 of Wilmette, passed away Monday February 19, 2024 at her home. She was born Tuesday June 2, 1925 in Keokuk Iowa, the daughter of Harry Thomas Baxter and Bertha Sarah Baxter, nee Walters. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Andrew Stranglen, Jr, who passed away February 20, 2010. Loving mother of Andrew Thomas Stranglen and Sarah A. Stranglen, both of Wilmette.
