Kenneth George Wellington was born Thursday October 25, 1934 to Isabell Facey and Daniel Wellington in the Parish of Mandeville Manchester, Jamaica. He immigrated to the United States in 1969 where he lived in Evanston, holding several jobs until his death. He leaves behind children in Jamaica and the US. Rest in Peace. Loving father of Wayne Wellington of Jamaica, Kenneth (Tiesha) Wellington, Jr. of North Charleston SC, Daniel Wellington of South Carolina, Marcus K. (Kishea) Wellington Thomas of Springfield Georgia, and Stephanie Bankhead of Waukegan IL; several grandchildren; two brothers, Nevil and Alvin Wellington; a sister, Hortense Plummer; special nephew, Michael Foster; and special niece, Maubra Foster. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Naomi Wellington on January 17, 2012, and by two daughters, Fione and Sharon Wellington. Private interment.
