Jose O. Daz, 90 of Chicago, passed away Sunday October 15, 2023 at Humbolt Park Health in Chicago. He was born Thursday March 23, 1933 in Guaynabo Puerto Rico, the son of Justo Diaz and Conrade Diaz, nee Rivera. Beloved husband of the late Maria Mercedes Diaz, who passed away April 21, 2020. Loving father of Nancy Diaz of Chicago. Visitation 9:30 am Wednesday October 25, 2023 until time of funeral mass, 10:30 am, at St. John Cantius Church, 825 North Carpenter Street, Chicago.
