He was born Thursday September 11, 1947 in Covington Virginia, the son of Harry Watkins and Connie Watkins, nee Chavis. He is survived by his daughter, Nya Michele Watkins of Asheville North Carolina. Interment private. Arrangements entrusted to Evanston Funeral & Cremation, Roland F. Weis director.
