James Milton Mauck Obituary

Jim Mauck was an amazing person with an unwaveringly positive view of life. He was a loving and faithful husband, father, grandfather, papa, uncle, brother and friend. Jim loved his garden as growing organic food was his real passion in life. Jim had a knack for fun conversations and hilarious (mostly) jokes. Family was Jim's life, he talked often about teaching the next generation about fishing and organic gardening. He enjoyed putting together puzzles, and playing games of all kinds. Christmas was his favorite holiday for too many reasons to list. Jim was a kind and gentle man, living his life spiritually through his love of the Lord God, Jesus Christ, philosophical teachings, meditation and yoga. He was a skilled printer and had a long career, proud to be putting top quality products into his customer's hands. He loved music and played his harmonica often. Jim was a true patriot who loved America. He was a sports fan and especially Da Bears. Jim loved to see everyone happy and spent a lot of care and thoughtful consideration into each person to whom he was giving a gift. Jim's love for life and family will continue always to be a blessing to all of us who knew him.
