Dr. Howard Neil Rubin, 82 of Skokie, passed away Saturday, New Year's Eve, December 31, 2022 at the Evanston Hospital. He was born Tuesday October 29, 1940 in Brooklyn New York, the son of Max Rubin and Ruth Rubin, nee Brooks. Dr. Rubin was a urologist in Skokie and was affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Thorek Memorial and Swedish Covenant. He received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School/Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine Science in 1966. Loving father of Mark Allen (Lynell) Rubin of Williamson New York.
