Frederick Jacob Newenhuyse

Frederick J. Newenhuyse, 72 of Evanston, passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday morning, April 23, 2019. He was born Saturday, April 12, 1947 in Kenosha Wisconsin, the son of Jacob Newenhuyse and Beatrice Newenhuyse, nee Congdon. A retired minister of the United Church of Christ, he graduated from Harvard University and received his Masters degree from North Park Theological Seminary. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, nee Cody, and by his daughter, Amanda Zeigler of Chicago, and a brother, Craig Newhouse of Shingle Springs California. Memorial service 2:00 pm Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the Walker Chapel of the First Presbyterian Church, 1427 Chicago Avenue, Evanston. Arrangements entrusted to Evanston Funeral & Cremation, Roland F.
