He was born Monday May 2, 1938 in Somerville Massachusetts, the son of Francis R. Doyle and Gertrude A. Doyle, nee Shaughnessy. Loving husband of the late Nancy Gegan Doyle. Memorial Mass 10:00 am Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Saint Athanasius Parish, 1609 Lincoln Street, Evanston IL 60201. Interment private.
