Faith Milazzo, 69 of Chicago, passed away Friday July 2, 2021 at the Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She was born Monday October 23, 1951 in Chicago. Dear sister of Mark J. Milazzo of Evanston. Interment private. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 6001 West 111th Street, Alsip IL 60803; Grave 1, Lot 27, Block 4, Section 62.
