Ellen Dittmer, 96 of Evanston, passed away on Sunday November 8, 2020. She was born Wednesday, December 26, 1923 in New York, the daughter of Charles Seggie and Catherine Seggie, nee Quinn. She was preceded in death by her husband Warren Dittmer in1997. She leaves behind her son, Howard (Sheree) Dittmer of Lake Bluff. Private interment Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale New York.
