Edeltraud "Dee" Mussbacher, 87 of Itasca and formerly of Des Plaines, passed away Thursday January 2, 2020 at the Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village. She was born Saturady November 26, 1932 in Kaaden Czechoslavakia, the daughter of Franz Traegner and Emilie Traegner, nee Poeschl. Beloved wife of the late Gerhard Rupert "Gary" Mussbacher, who passed away May 7, 2009. Loving mother of Manfred(Laura Weber)Weis of Smithville Tennessee, Carola(Bob)Majewski of Hanover Park, Roland Weis of Skokie and Cindy Allivato of Frankfort Kentucky. Grandmother of Michael(Nicole)Majewski,MD of Bloomingdale and Allen(Shaina Anderson)Majewski,PhD of Mountain View California. Great grandmother of Madison, Jackson, Reagan and Arwyn. Sister of Inge Fleischer of Stuttgart Germany and the late Erika Hennings. Aunt of Klaus Poeschl of Weissenburg i/Bay Germany. Committal service 11:00 am Sunday September 19, 2021 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood Illinois.
