Charles Herbert Barrow. 90 of Evanston, passed away Monday August 31, 2020 at his home. He was born Wednesday July 23, 1930 in Evanston, the son of Franklin John Barrow and Ardis Barrow, nee Mozingo. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Ruth Barrow, who passed away recently on January 27, 2020. He is survived by his daughters, Barbara Achenbaum of New Canaan CT, Carla Barrow of Winnetka, and Paula Danoff of Winnetka. Interment private.
