Chan Chui On Moy, 88, of Chicago, passed away on Sunday December 21, 2025. She was born January 20, 1937 in Toishan, Canton China and immigrated to the United States in December 1975. The loving wife of Kok Kee Moy (preceding her in death) and the loving daughter of Yen Siu Lin and Lee Man (both preceding her in death). A devoted mother to her 5 daughters, Winnie (the late Simon) Fong, Priscilla (Richard) Chan, Sherry (Michael) Dea, Amy (Michael Smith) Moy and Fanny (Nicolas Ulrich) Moy. She was blessed with 9 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. She was cherished by her family and friends who will miss her dearly. The family will hold a private memorial service.
