Donald Robert Carini, 72 of Northbrook passed away at his home on Saturday July 14, 2018. He was born Tuesday August 14, 1945 in Chicago, the son of Italian born Domenic John Carini and Chicago native Grace Dolores, nee Costello. He had worked as a sales representative in industrial sales and served in the US Navy from 1962 to 1966, stationed aboard the USS Howard W. Gilmore at Charleston South Carolina and was decorated with the National Defense Service Medal. He leaves behind many cherished friends. His remains will be buried at sea by the United States Navy.
