MINIMUM SERVICES OF THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF:

$1,200.00

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains). This fee includes any or all of the following. 

Personnel available to respond to initial request for service. 

Arrangement conference. 

Coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory, and/or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased. 

Clerical assistance in the completion of various forms. 

Securing and recording the death certificate and disposition permit. 

Also covers overhead, such as facility maintenance, equipment, inventory costs, insurance, administration expenses, and government compliance. 

(Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial).

This charge includes removal of remains, minimum services of staff, necessary authorizations, embalming, use of preparation room and local transportation (excluding shipping charges and shipping container). This charge does not include any visitation or ceremonies. 

This charge includes minimum services of staff, transportation from local airport, transportation of remains to local cemetery or crematory. This charge does not include any visitation or ceremonies. 

Our charges for immediate burial includes local removal of remains, local transportation to cemetery, and minimum services of staff. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation, viewing or ceremonies, public or private, prior to the burial. 

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The container we provide is: Heavy duty cardboard. Our charge for direct cremations includes local removal of remains, local transportation to crematory, and minimum services of staff. This charge does not include any visitation or ceremonies, public or private, prior to the cremation, embalming or refrigeration as necessary, and local permit fees.
